What does research use only mean?
ChampTides products designated for research are supplied only for controlled laboratory and analytical work. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption.
Does ChampTides provide medical or dosing guidance?
No. ChampTides does not provide dosing protocols, human-use instructions, or claims that research materials diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease.
When will ordering be available?
Ordering availability is shown on each product record. Items marked Coming soon cannot yet be purchased.
Where will ChampTides ship?
Shipping regions and carrier terms are being finalized. Final eligibility may depend on destination and product classification.
Where can I find storage information?
Verified product records list batch-specific storage information. New catalog entries show documentation pending until specifications are supplied.
How do I access a COA?
Open Lab Reports or a verified product record, then search by batch, lot, document ID, or authenticity hash.
What if a batch cannot be verified?
Check the identifier carefully. A missing match may indicate an unreleased record, transcription issue, or third-party document not issued by ChampTides.
Are commissions guaranteed?
No. Program terms, eligibility, commission tiers, and rewards require approval and configuration. No income or performance outcome is guaranteed.
What is the return policy?
The final return policy is pending legal and operational review. Contact support before returning any item.
How do I access my account?
The account experience is currently a front-end preview. Live authentication and order history will become available when commerce services are connected.
